Returns on new items are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is in its original packaging with all owner manuals, parts, and accessories. If you need to ship the product back, you are responsible for the shipping charges. 

Accepted returns are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. Customers who paid by cash will be refunded by company check within 14 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any delivery, shipping, or set up charges. If are not able to bring the item back to our warehouse and require the use of our trucks for pickup, additional charges may apply. 

All sales are considered final for the following items: Clearance items, discontinued items, and pre-owned products. Accessories must be returned in unopened, original packaging to receive a full refund.
